Pemco Aviation Group Selects Perceptive’s Handheld NRC 2.0 For Deployment at Commercial Overhaul Facility in Dothan

NORCROSS, Georgia, October 1, 2002 - Perceptive Solutions, Inc. today announced that Pemco Aviation Group (Nasdaq: PAGI - news) has expanded use of Handheld NRC(TM). Deployment of Handheld NRC™ 2.0 to Pemco’s commercial maintenance facility in Dothan, Alabama will occur by year’s end.

Successful use of the military version of Handheld NRC 1.0 on USAF KC135 overhauls prompted the decision.

The Perceptive Handheld NRC 2.0, an advanced computing solution using handheld devices and client-server software, lets Inspectors write non-routine tasks electronically using a handheld computer, such as an Intermec 700 Series Mobile Computer, running Microsoft Windows Pocket PC 2002. Using Handheld NRC, an inspector fills out an electronic non-routine card.
