RHS Offerings

RHS reduces up front investment of both time and capital which allows you to focus on your core business. Having the RedStone server run in a high availability data center mitigates the risk of unscheduled down time. RHS services include:

  • RedStone Hosted Services Core - the RedStone core offers an end to end solution for capturing information at the point of inspection, then routing the information (non-routines) as needed so your personnel can focus on the job not the paperwork.
  • RedStone Hosted Service xChange - harness the power of the internet to exchange information with your customer. Allow your customer to access their non-routine information, and other aircraft visit information without your employees having to key data into customer computing systems.
  • RedStone Hosted Services Templates - Perceptive will periodically analyze non-routines by customer line and generate standardized templates for you to review. Include only the templates you want. Templates standardized terminology, abbreviations, and spelling - a benefit to both you and your customer.
  • RedStone Hosted Services Archive - Perceptive will backup and store historical visit information to cd or to a long term data storage facility.
