Non-routine labor is a major challenge for 3rd-party mro. Critical tasks get held up waiting for customer approval of labor estimates. Payment for an entire D-check can be delayed sixty days while your customer seeks clarification on a few non-routines.

On-site Rep not on-site?

Enable your customer to approve non-routine labor in real time. Both on-site reps and the home office can review labor estimates so you aren't stranded when the on-site rep isn't on-site. You can offer and counter-offer, agree or agree to disagree electronically. Or simply setup Labor Negotiation to approve/deny and create efficient support for the Department of Defense Over and Above (O&A) process. With the Labor Negotiator module, all transactions are time-stamped. You'll know when you submitted the request, when it was approved, and by whom.
